AI for banks and MFS providers, built to pass the audit.

Banks have more documents, more alerts and more customer queries than any team can handle, and stricter rules on data than almost any other business. We build AI that works inside those rules.

01Where AI helps
Use caseThe problem todayWhat we build
Circular and policy assistantCompliance and branch staff spend hours finding which Bangladesh Bank circular or internal policy applies to a case.A retrieval system over circulars, policies and product manuals that answers in Bangla or English and cites the exact source paragraph.
KYC and document processingAccount opening and loan files arrive as scans, photos and forms in two languages, and are checked by hand.Extraction and validation of NID, trade licence and income documents, with exceptions routed to a reviewer.
Fraud and alert triageMonitoring systems raise more alerts than analysts can investigate, so real cases wait in the queue.Models that rank alerts by risk and an assistant that assembles the evidence for each case before an analyst opens it.
Bangla customer serviceContact centres and digital channels handle the same questions thousands of times a day.Bangla and English assistants for common requests, with clean handover to an agent and full conversation logs.
Credit analyst assistantAnalysts rebuild the same summaries from financial statements and bureau reports for every application.Drafted credit memos and ratio analysis from the file, for the analyst to check and sign off.
02What is different in banking

Data stays in

Customer data and prompts can stay on your infrastructure. We design deployments around your data-residency and outsourcing obligations.

Every answer is traceable

Outputs cite their sources, decisions are logged, and model changes go through an approval process your risk team owns.

Bangla is a first-class language

Documents, chats and calls are often in Bangla or mixed language. We design and test for that from the start.

03How an engagement runs

We usually start with an Executive AI Workshop for the leadership team, then pick one use case, often the circular and policy assistant because the value is clear and the risk is contained. Your engineers build it with ours, and your risk and compliance teams shape the governance. See the full approach →

04Questions

Common questions

Can these systems run without sending customer data outside the bank?

Yes. We design for on-premises or in-country deployment using open-weight models, so customer data and prompts stay inside your environment. Where a cloud model is appropriate, we design what data may and may not be sent to it.

How do you handle accuracy for compliance answers?

Every answer cites the source paragraph so staff can verify it, the system says when it does not know, and we build an evaluation set from real questions that is re-run whenever documents or models change.

Do these systems work in Bangla?

Yes. We design for Bangla, English and the mixed-language text common in Bangladeshi documents and chats, and we test with real examples from your operations.

Does this apply to MFS providers as well as banks?

Yes. Customer service, KYC, fraud triage and agent-network analytics apply directly to mobile financial services, often at higher transaction volumes.
