One session to get your leadership on the same page about AI.
Most leadership teams agree that AI matters and disagree about almost everything else. This workshop turns that into a shared view, a short list of priorities and a plan.
What AI can and cannot do
A plain-language view of generative AI, retrieval and agents: how they work, where they fail, and what that means for a regulated business.
- Capabilities and limits, with live examples
- How to judge vendor claims
- Risks: data, accuracy, regulation, reputation
Where it pays off for you
We work through your own processes and score candidate use cases on value, feasibility and risk.
- Use cases drawn from your operations
- Value, feasibility and risk scoring
- A ranked shortlist the room agrees on
What it will take
The data, systems, people and governance the top use cases need, and the first 90 days of work.
- Readiness gaps and how to close them
- Build, buy or partner decisions
- Owners, budget range and next decisions
A shortlist
Three to five prioritised use cases with the value case and the main risk for each.
A shared language
Leaders who can discuss AI proposals with the same understanding of what is realistic.
A 90-day plan
A written summary with owners, decision points and what to do first.
The workshop is prepared with a few short conversations with your leaders beforehand, so the session is about your business from the first minute. Length, location and the number of participants are agreed with you during a short scoping call.
Common questions
Who should attend?
The people who will sponsor, fund and be accountable for AI: typically the CEO or MD, the heads of business lines, and the leaders of technology, operations, risk and compliance. It works best with six to twelve people in the room.
Do participants need a technical background?
No. We explain how today’s AI systems work in plain terms, including where they fail, so that leaders can judge proposals and vendor claims for themselves.
Is the workshop generic or tailored to us?
Tailored. Before the session we speak with a few of your leaders and review the processes they want to improve, so the discussion is about your business rather than case studies from elsewhere.
What happens after the workshop?
You receive a written summary with the prioritised use cases and a 90-day plan. Many clients move on to a readiness review and a first build, but there is no obligation to continue.
Ready to bring your leadership team together?
Tell us a little about your organisation and what you want AI to do for it. We will reply within two working days.
